What The Heck Blog

So some of you might have wanted to upload music files or maybe a podcast you've done on Blogger. But you don't know how because it's not an option in the general Blogger interface. Sure you can put a picture to that audio and upload it as a video which will work, but who wants to wait for a 3 minute video to upload, which would take about 2.5 hours usually, when you could just upload the plain audio which would take about 2.5 seconds.

To do this you have to first go to Pixelpipe.com @ http://pixelpipe.com And sign up for a free account. Like Ping.Fm it's pretty much the same service but with a few more uploading options.

Once you have signed up, go to the "Add Pipes" section and choose Blogger and/or what ever other service you would like to upload to (Tumblr and wordpress both support direct audio upload but if you want to use {Pixelpipe to upload to all these sites at once it works too).

On you have selected and entered in all the info a stuff on the Blogger "pipe", go to "Quick Post".
Here you'll be presented with an upload menu. You can choose to upload video audio or some other kind of file. IF it is audio then choose audio. Here you can also write a post to go along with the audio.

And then hit the Upload button and you're done.

It's that simple and I really don't know why Blogger hasn't enabled that option directly.
